feel for you my best man has chrons and has suffered tremendously.

He is unable to eat stuff like peas, sweetcorn and stuff like that which causes him a lot of hassle.

Sister in law also has it but to a lesser degree but a lot stricter on what she does and doesn't eat.

You'll need to work out which foods are bad for you and which aren't, it's a bit trial and error unfortunately.
